Who we want
People you’d be happy to share a small boat with.
For mileage-building roles, temperament matters more than a polished CV. We look for friendly, honest and diligent people who communicate calmly, take direction without ego, help with the complete onboard routine and remain easy company when space is tight and the passage is demanding. Skills can be taught; attitude cannot.
Experienced leisure and retired sailors are very welcome. There is no age bracket and no formal CV is required—just tell us what you have done, when you are available and what you would like to do next.

Paid positions when the yacht or passage requires qualifications, proven experience or a specific responsibility.
Every opportunity will state whether it is paid, what is expected onboard and how travel and expenses work before anyone commits.
